Originally published on August 23, 2013<br /><br />Two men were shot and killed in separate incidents in Opa-locka, Florida in 24 hours. It was reported that the Miami-Dade homicide detectives are still investigating both incidents, and no arrests have been made.<br /><br />The latest incident took place in front of a home at around 3 a.m. on August 22, when a man and his girlfriend sitting in their parked car were shot by a drive-by assailants. The man, identified as 27-year-old David Booth, died at the scene.
