At least one person is dead.<br/> <br />The building is said to have been home to several families who worked for a corporation. Witnesses said the building was at least 35 years old and was in dire need of repair.<br/> <br />The collapse is the latest accident to underscore shoddy building standards in Asia's third-largest economy.<br/> <br />At least 70 people died after a building collapsed in western India earlier this year.
