The death toll from a massive earthquake in a remote region of Pakistan continues to rise Friday as survivors bury their loved ones.<br/> <br />Most of the residents living in mud houses of this village are now homeless -- several have lost family members with at least 356 reported dead.<br/> <br />Medical teams are struggling to reach all the victims in the sparsely populated province.<br/> <br />Doctors in field hospitals set up by the army say they are concerned about infection.<br/> <br />A lot of children have chect infections, this doctor says. Many of the injuries are internal.<br/> <br />Initial estimates say more than 300,000 people have been affected by the quake with tens of thousands of families left homeless.
