Luisa Isabella Nolasco da Silva, better known as Isabella Leong (梁洛施) in Hong Kong, has been spotted strolling braless through Taipei's wide boulevards by paparazzi. <br /><br />The Macau-born actress is best known for her role playing a lesbian in the Taiwanese movie 'Spider Lilies'.
