Originally published on July 31, 2013<br /><br />Six people were killed and up to twenty people injured in a suicide bombing at a Shi'ite mosque in Baghdad on July 30. According to Reuters, a group of Shi'ite pilgrims were attending a memorial gathering at Assad Allah al-Ghalib mosque when a suicide bomber entered. <br /><br />The Sheikh of the mosque reportedly threw his arms around the suicide bomber in an attempt to prevent further deaths.
