Man vs dog: You'd have to be barking mad to try and face off with a police dog named Chaos, yet that's exactly what one Pennsylvanian did on September 15 during a DUI stop.<br /><br />Online court records reveal that that 26-year-old James Paul Andrews, of Cranberry Township allegedly taunted a police dog by "barking, hissing and growling" at it, according to the animal's handler, Evan City police Sgt. Don Myers<br /><br />Around 2.15 a.m. officers pulled Andrews over and submitted him to a sobriety test.
