A group of supporters of Russian President Vladimir Putin has written to Norway's Nobel Prize Committee calling for him to be given the Peace Prize.<br />The group made specific reference to Putin's efforts relating to the Syrian crisis, and said his striving for a political solution had averted the start of "World War III".<br />http://www.euronews.net/
