It's not something you see everyday- a plane making an emergency landing on a highway in Florida.<br/> <br />The pilot was flying with a customer who was considering buying the vintage plane when it suddenly lost power.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) PILOT, CURTIS BOULWARE, SAYING:<br/> <br />"As we descended from 5,000 feet getting closer and closer to Spruce Creek I made the judgment --- and I knew that we weren't gonna make the runway --- So instead of continuing on to Spruce Creek and ending up in the woods or in the trees, where we probably wouldn't make it, we made a turn and decided to put it on State Road 415 because that was the best choice."<br/> <br />The plane eventually took off again from the highway. Its not clear whether the customer decided to purchase the plane.
