Nose broken, face smashed in painful water fountain accident: Perimeter ropes are usually in place for good reason. But hey, in a country like China where most people couldn't are somewhat relaxed about safety rules, one young boy and his family learned this the hard way.<br /><br />The child and his parents slipped the rope at a musical water fountain at a plaza in the town of Enshi in China's northern Hubei province back on August 1. A crowd was cooling off under the pulsing streams water.<br /><br />The little squirt had positioned himself right over an outlet before the high-pressure jet shot directly into his rectum, tearing his underwear.<br /><br />The water's force flung him more than two meters into the air, before before gravity returned him to Earth - face first.<br /><br />The savage landing left him with a smashed nose and broken teeth.
