Andrew Hails of LAHWF teamed up with contact lens company Camo Eyes for his latest silly prank. <br /><br />In his usual relaxed and awkward demeanor, Andrew walked up to passersby and simply told them he was high. <br /><br />“High on life,” of course. <br /><br />The reactions he receives range from smiles, to “I’m high too!”, to “Why are you talking to me?!”
