A high-ranking Malaysian dignitary came to the rescue of a group of patients and nurses at a medical clinic in Kuala Lumpur when a gang wielding parang knives tried to rob the centre. Three young men demanded patients and staff hand over valuables but a Tri San pulled his gun, threatening the robbers and ordered them out of the clinic.
