Saying it was like a "water slide", a Florida boy survived being sucked into a drainpipe and dumped into a river hundreds of yards away in Fort Myers on Thursday night.<br /><br />The 5-year-old boy was playing with his friends in a rain-filled ditch.<br /><br />Unbeknownst to the kids, a drainpipe was hidden underneath the water.<br /><br />The boy was sucked into the storm drain and was carried almost 300 yards by the current.<br /><br />He was dumped into the Caloosahatchee River and managed to climb his way out.<br /><br />The child managed to escape the ordeal with only minor injuries.<br /><br />--------------------------------------------------------<br /><br />TomoNews is your daily source for top animated news.
