An Indian baby whose head swelled to almost three times its normal size successfully underwent a second round of reconstructive surgery on June 28 to correct her skull. <br /><br />Roona Begum was born with hydrocephalus, a condition in which an abnormal amount of fluid collects in the brain. Roona's condition had caused her head to swell to a circumference of 94 centimetres.
