One week into the U.S. federal government shutdown and the affects are putting a damper on romance.<br/> <br />Meet Adam and Joy- a couple who'd been planning their dream wedding at Yosimite National Park.<br/> <br />You can imagine their disappointment when they learned the park would be closed.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) JOY MILLER, SAYING:<br/> <br />"When we heard that Yosemite was going to be closed on Monday, and our wedding was on Sunday, I cried for two days straight. Two days straight. It was devastating."<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) ADAM BROWN, SAYING:<br/> <br />"Yeah, I didn't know what to think at first, I was in shock, I knew this meant everything to her, we'd been planning and saving for a whole year, and it was pretty devastating."<br/> <br />But not all was lost for the couple.
