At least three people are dead, including a civilian, after a suicide bomber detonated a car loaded with explosives in front of police headquarters in eastern Jalalabad city Saturday.<br/> <br />At least six other people were wounded in the blast.<br/> <br />So far no one has claimed responsibility for attack.<br/> <br />The incident comes day after U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Kabul, Afghanistan to advance negotiations with President Hamid Karzai on a bilateral security pact.
