Twenty-two stories... 11 people missing... and now possibly another collapse.<br/> <br />After working through the night, rescue crews in Colombia are running into structural risks that are hindering their search of a collapsed apartment building.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT FOR THE COLOMBIAN GOVERNMENT, CARLOS IVAN MARQUEZ, SAYING:<br/> <br />"There is plan for search and rescue operations in collapsed structures. First, we have to evacuate the area -- we've already done that for 163 families.
