Elton John continued his commitment to fighting HIV and AIDS with his 12th annual "An Enduring Vision" fundraiser in New York.<br/> <br />The event benefits the Elton John AIDS Foundation which the singer founded in 1992.<br/> <br />This year's gala brought honors for former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Hillary Clinton, former U.S. Secretary of State, saying:<br/> <br />"If we're going to beat AIDS we have to reach out to everyone.
