The Taliban claimed responsibility on Twitter.<br/> <br />A police source said the final target was Green Village, a residence for military contractors and other international staff.<br/> <br />Another security source said the compound itself was not struck but that there were a number of Afghan casualties.<br/> <br />It's the first major attack in the capital since July.
