Authorities say a plane full of skydivers in Belgium crashes killing all 11 on board.<br/> <br />Witnesses say part of the plane broke off as it nosedived into the ground, adding that three passengers tried to jump, but were too late.<br/> <br />The plane was carrying members of a local skydiving club, and crashed south-east of Brussels.
