Russian prosecutors have dropped piracy charges against 28 Greenpeace activists who were arrested last month.<br /><br />Instead, they will be charged with hooliganism, and face a shorter jail term.<br /><br />If found guilty, they could spend up to seven years in prison.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's David Chater reports from Moscow.
