Unacceptable.<br /> <br />That's how German Chancellor Angela Merkel described the alleged bugging of her mobile phone by the U.S.<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (German) GERMAN CHANCELLOR ANGELA MERKEL SAYING:<br /> <br />"It's not just about me but about every German citizen.
