Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev reportedly wrote a confession note on the inside of the boat where he hid before his capture. The handwritten message on the interior wall of the boat described the attack as a retribution for U.S. wars in Afghanistan and Iraq as he wrote "when you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims".
