And where did they come from? It is not a human being who commits such an act. It cannot be a human being."<br/> <br />The explosions blew out windows in homes and business, and demolished parts of a market and bus station.<br/> <br />Soldiers are seen as targets for Sunni militants seeking to destabilize Iraq's Shi'ite-led government.<br/> <br />No immediate responsibility has been taken for the attacks.
