It was just like any other day in Cairo.<br/> <br />Traffic buzzing on an early September afternoon.<br/> <br />Then a white SUV drives through an intersection.<br/> <br />New video released by Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis, a Sinai-based militant group, appears to show a suicide attack targeting Egypt's Interior Minister.<br/> <br />The video identifies former major Waleed Badr as being responsible for the September 5th attack.<br/> <br />On camera, the man said to be Badr praises Allah and asks to be granted success and reward for his mission.<br/> <br />The attack killed the bomber, a passerby and one other person.<br/> <br />More than 20 people were wounded.
