Rapper Chris Brown is in the headlines again, but for all the wrong reasons.<br/> <br />D.C. police say Brown was arrested and charged with assault early Sunday after getting into a fight with a man outside the W Hotel near the White House.<br/> <br />Police arrested another man involved in the fight. Several news outlets are reporting he was Brown's bodyguard.<br/> <br />The victim was taken to the hospital.<br/> <br />This isn't the first time Brown has been in trouble with the law.<br/> <br />He's been on probation since 2009 for assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna.<br/> <br />This recent arrest could complicate that parole.
