This is Part 2 of the Epic Deck Project. It shows how the concrete was mixed for the footings, deck post inserted and large support beams in place. <br /> <br />Since video clip of mixing the concrete was 8 minutes long (and little boring), it was sped up with the "Benny Hill" effect and reduced to 2 minutes. <br /> <br />Since snow has set in, Part 3 will take place in the spring. <br /> <br />Background <br />The One Man Deck Project is the process of building a 10 foot wide by 32 foot long deck for the side of a remote cabin (aka Cedar Workshop Test facility) Since funds are low, and the location is off the beaten path, a contractor can not be brought in the help (and finish) this project. <br /> <br />Feel free to comment or make suggestions.
