Taking the oath, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is on the hot seat.<br/> <br />She appeared on Capitol Hill before a House Committee Wednesday to testify about the rocky rollout of the government's healthcare website.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: U.S. HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SECRETARY KATHLEEN SEBELIUS, SAYING:<br/> <br />"I am as frustrated and angry as anyone with the flawed launch of healthcare.gov.
