Radioactive groundwater causing catastrophic flooding at Fukushima two years on from meltdown

Two years on from the catastrophic Fukushima nuclear reactor meltdown in Japan, Tepco is struggling to manage the ongoing problems involving radiation.<br />Groundwater has been leaking into the basement of damaged reactor buildings at a rate of 75 gallons a day.
