Functional Lead responsible for understanding the business needs of ENN (China's largest owned Utility Corporation) and mapping them to functional and technical documents. Enhanced CRM inbound/outbound plugs from a developer stance. Directly managed five team members doing Chinese to English and vice versa in terms of preparing on site visits to the client, conducting meetings and performing configuration. Maintained all CRM System Landscapes by use of Web Channel Experience Management, SAP Notes, etc. Utilized Web 2.0/RFC knowledge to streamline both R/3 and CRM Focused on the SD module in terms of pricing with regard to customization, the Sales and Doc structure, the pre-sales process, sale's org unit's. Focused on the FI and SD relationship. Configured the Pricing strategy for SD. Tweaked User Interfaces making them more interactive and user-friendly, and also support scalability and volumes. Responsible for the configuration of all Campaign Management and Market Segmentation components. Web Channel Experience Management is comprised of a Browser that reaches a firewall, then touches the SAP NetWeaver AS Java component, to touch a secondary firewall which then touches ERP, NW PI, and NW MDM. Acted as main contact person for ALL CRM/CCS/ECC/ISU setup requirements including the ability to work with all aspects of the SAP CRM/ECC spectrum (ABAP, NETWEAVER, CS, FICA, SD, MM, etc.) Persuaded and won approval for the go ahead of SAP China's Project Kickoff. Performed daily technical training to all China CRM, BI, BW, ECC, MI, etc. colleagues. Tested out of a 6-month probationary period in 2 months being the only non-Chinese speaking associate. Achieved three of SAP's essential certifications crucial to the success of any fully committed SAP-Consultant.
