Three people were shot to death and one was injured in the South of France on Thursday evening by a 19-year-old man who claimed to belong to terroristic organization Al-Qaeda, Le Figaro reported. <br />At around 2 pm, the suspect, named Karl R., was walking in a busy street in a residential area of Istres, holding a kalashnikov automatic rifle, when he randomly started shooting at passersby, French media reported.<br />He first killed two neighbors, aged 35 and 45, while they were doing some DIY work outside their house. He then turned around and shot a 60-year-old man while he was driving his car, killing him. <br />As he kept walking and shooting at passing vehicles, a 55-year-old woman was left slightly injured due to a bullet that grazed her ear, The Local reported. <br />The gunman then walked towards a nearby roundabout, raised the rifle and pointed it at another car.
