Police are investigating Emma Way, 21, after she boasted on Twitter about knocking a cyclist off his bike with her car.<br /><br />The cyclist Way hit was Toby Hockley, 29, who was competing in the Boudicca Sportive road riding event. According to Hockley, Way came tearing around a corner, almost hitting another cyclist, before drifting to his side of the road and clipping him, sending him flying into a nearby hedge.
