ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Toronto Mayor Rob Ford admitted on Tuesday (November 05) that he has smoked the crack cocaine, but insisted he is not an addict.<br/> <br />Facing reporters days after Toronto's police chief confirmed the existence of a video that two media organizations said showed the mayor smoking the drug, Ford admitted he had done so, estimating it had happened about a year ago.<br/> <br />"Yes I have smoked crack cocaine," he said.<br/> <br />He added: "All I can say is I've made mistakes."
