A repentant mayor faces his public.<br/> <br />Toronto Mayor Rob Ford apologized profusely on Tuesday for smoking crack cocaine.<br/> <br />SOUDNBITE: TORONTO MAYOR ROB FORD SAYING:<br/> <br />"There is only one person to blame for this and that is myself.
