U.N.'s Brahimi says no date for Syria peace talks

Few signs of a path for peace in Syria as the war rages on.<br/> <br />So far after more than two years of conflict efforts to bring warring parties to the table are falling short.<br/> <br />On Tuesday, the U.S.and Russia sat down with UN envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi in Switzerland -- hoping to launch the so-called Geneva 2 talks to end the war.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) U.N.-ARAB LEAGUE ENVOY FOR SYRIA LAKHDAR BRAHIMI SAYING:<br/> <br />"We were hoping that we would be in a position to announce a date today, unfortunately we are not.
