An American who hijacked a plane to Cuba nearly 30 years ago has returned to the United States.<br /><br />William Potts was taken into custody the moment he landed in Miami. <br /><br />In 1984 the Cuban government jailed him for 13 years, but afterwards he settled in Havana. <br /><br />Potts, who wanted to return to the US hopes the authorities will be lenient.
