ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br/> <br />Britain's Prince William visited the Royal Marsden hospital in London on Thursday where he observed two cancer surgeries.<br/> <br />With lead surgeon Stuart James explaining the procedure to him, the prince witnessed a breast reconstruction surgery on a female patient.<br/> <br />He also watched the removal of a bladder tumor on a male patient under the guidance of head surgeon Pardeep Kumar.<br/> <br />Prince William is the president of the Royal Marsden NHS (National Health Service) Foundation Trust.
