Piles of rubbish are continuing to stack up on the streets of Madrid.<br /><br />Bin collectors and park and garden workers are on their fourth day of an indefinite strike.<br /><br />They are angry at plans by a private company contracted by the City Hall to slash more than 1,000 jobs and cut salaries by 40 percent.
