The El Cajon Summer Concert Series Featuring the band CALIBER - The "Dinner and a Concert," formerly "Concerts on the Promenade," is a free weekly concert and dance venue hosted by Downtown El Cajon Business Partners, performed on the Prescott Promenade and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants.
