Lady Gaga's newest album ARTPOP is finally here and the pop diva celebrated its launch with a fittingly outlandish party in New York that featured an art exhibit and a flying dress.<br/> <br />Gaga is donning the world's first flying dress "Volantis" here, as part of the party that also showcased works by celebrated artist Jeff Koons.<br/> <br />So what is ARTPOP? The singer explained that it came to her when she was drinking a bottle of water.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: Lady Gaga, Singer, saying (English)<br/> <br />"So I was like drinking Perrier one day and I looked down and I saw, Oh my goodness, Andy Warhol was on the Perrier bottle. And it was sort of like a flash. I realized that already in culture there was an inferno turning round and round.
