This morning Osaka District Court charged the former senior policeman for his public sexual advances towards a young girl near beach waters. He denied the charges in the indictment and pleaded innocent in court. <br /><br />The 28-year-old suspect is the former chief of police in the area. According to the indictment, the male was suspected of having sex with a young girl on the rubber boat.
