Aid to Typhoon-hit Philippines arrives as looting turns deadly

Five days after a monster Typhoon ravaged the Philippines, the aid is trickling in.<br/> <br />Japan, Korea, Germany, the U.S. and others are sending their troops, volunteers and crucial supplies to the worst hit areas.<br/> <br />But relief workers complain to U.N. Aid Chief Valerie Amos supplies are still not getting through.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) U.N. AID CHIEF VALERIE AMOS SAYING:<br/> <br />"I've heard all those complaints from people. I absolutely agree with them. You can't have people who are here, who are desperate, who can't have anything to eat and don't have water.
