Rob Ford, the controversial mayor of Canada's largest city has publicly confessed to buying illegal drugs.<br /><br />Last week he admitted to smoking crack cocaine.<br /><br />The majority of Toronto councillors are urging Ford to step down, but they have no legal power to force him out. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Daniel Lak reports.
