ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />British Prime Minister David Cameron visited the north of Sri Lanka, where his motorcade was mobbed by Tamil protesters.<br/> <br />Cameron is the first leader of a foreign country to travel to the north since a civil war ended four years ago, and he was scheduled to meet leaders of the country's Tamil minority.<br/> <br />The way the Tamils were treated by government forces, especially towards the end of the long-running war, was at the forefront of the build up to a Commonwealth summit of about 50 mostly former British colonies, which opened in Colombo earlier in the day.
