ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />Britain's Prince Charles's tour of the Indian sub-continent drew to a close on Saturday (November 16), and it seemed he was in the mood for a dance as he visited a center for mentally and physically disabled children.<br/> <br />The Prince of Wales, the heir to the British throne, joined hands with children in a music class at the MENCAFEP school for mentally handicapped children in Nuwara Eliya.<br/> <br />He danced along as they sang the traditional "Hokey Cokey" song.<br/> <br />Wearing a garland of orchids, he carried on with the dance for several verses.
