While French President François Hollande visits Israel, a delegation will be making a series of symbolic stops both in Israel and in the Palestinian Territories. One of those will be at Rawabi in the West Bank, just a few kilometres from Ramallah. Rawabi is the first ever planned Palestinian city and a privately funded project.
