Then one day an employee there tells me that the company is closing. I was unhappy that the tkd place closed down, but I am also unhappy I had already paid 400$ to them in advance. It was a small business then one day they decided the price to keep running the place was more expensive. I guess it went out of business, but the owners did not file bankruptcy. I was wondering am I legally entitled to my money back since the tkd place closed? Money is tight for me and 400$ is a lot for me. Thank you for you help in advance. -
