The reason why I would is it seems to be the only way to get a car loan at a somewhat reasonable interest rate is to file Chapter 7. My credit score is in the low 600 range but cant get anyone to give me a loan while my nephew filed for bankruptcy and had no trouble getting a bank to finance him for an auto loan. My question is do I have to have a complete discharge to qualify or are there financial institutions out there that only need a docket number and your BK attorney's contact information to verify that you are indeed in the bankruptcy process? -
