Find the best financial services for you at: SMARTFINANCESOLUTIONS.NET - Bankruptcy and school loans? - I understand that school loans are not discharged with bankruptcy unless you can show hardship. I just graduated in Feb, but i have been unemployed for 2 years because i was laid off for my availability for going to school. Now that I am done with school I am not able to get hired. My school was a scam and was not accredited in the program I chose which I did not know. No hospital will hire me unless I am certified and because of the non accreditation I am not even allowed to take any bored exams. My school is currently being sued by former students for this reason. So not only am i unemployed but I can not become employed therefore I can not make these payments for the loans. I also don't want to be stuck paying money for this if i cant even get hired its completely unfair. If i can explain this to a judge will i have any luck getting my loan completely discharged? I already wasted 2 yrs on school i am not about to pay over 60 grand towards nothing. please someone has to have an answer for me. -
