Russia claims to have caught a junior U.S. diplomat trying to recruit Russian intelligence sources for the CIA.<br /><br />Ryan Christopher Fogle, who works for the political section of the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, was arrested by Russian authorities for allegedly recruiting a senior Russian agent working on activities in the Caucasus. Fogle, caught wearing a blonde wig near an area where many foreign diplomats live, was carrying a letter detailing the terms of the the agreement for the would-be agent, another wig, stacks of 500 Euro notes...
