Two subcontractors working for French oil company Total have been killed in an explosion at a refinery in the Belgian city of Antwerp.<br /><br />Another person reported as missing was found safe.<br /><br />The company said the blast happened in a steam system of a unit producing petrol.<br /><br />The refinery was evacuated, and Total said there was no fire and no impact on the environment.<br /><br />A local newspaper reported that there had been a problem with the installation for several days, and subcontractors had been called to fix a leak.
